You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, personalized learning experiences as we continue to expand our reach globally.</p><p></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong><br></p><p>Join Crimson Global Academy as a Primary Teacher and immerse yourself in a premium one-on-one teaching environment. Primary Teachers will have the opportunity to teach full curriculum courses to U.S. grades 4th &amp; 5th (UK/NZ Year 5 &amp; 6) and the opportunity to teach part time students in our Leap program that serves U.S. grades 2nd &amp; 3rd (UK/NZ Year 3 &amp; 4). This role allows you to craft personalized educational experiences, working remotely from anywhere, at times that suit your lifestyle. As part of our global team, you will have the opportunity to teach Pearson Edexcel curriculum with full access to our comprehensive teaching resources. Embrace the chance to make a significant impact on individual students' learning journeys while enjoying the balance and flexibility of remote work.<br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li><p>Deliver personalized, high-quality instruction in a one-on-one virtual setting, adapting to each student's unique learning needs.</p></li><li><p>Utilize diverse teaching strategies and digital tools to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.</p></li><li><p>Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adjust teaching methods to ensure optimal learning outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Plan and execute clear course schedules, detailing session content and assessment timelines.</p></li><li><p>Conduct professional, interactive live sessions, leveraging online learning resources to enhance the educational experience.</p></li><li><p>Set relevant homework, design and administer assessments, and provide constructive feedback to encourage student growth.</p></li><li><p>Develop educational materials, including tests and exams, contributing to CGA’s rich resource library.</p></li><li><p>Efficiently manage your online classroom on Canvas, keeping it organized with assignments and assessments for easy student access.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum of bachelor’s degree in elementary education or a related field</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and the CGA team.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative education methods.</p></li><li><p>With the ability to dedicate at least 15-20 hours weekly for 6-9 months once you take a student.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience teaching grades 3-5 (Form 4-6)</p></li><li><p>Experience teaching online</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>About Crimson Global Academy:</strong></p><p><a target="_blank" href="https://www.crimsonglobalacademy.school/">CGA</a> is a world-class online school delivering live, real-time learning to ambitious students around the world.
