Read the article <a target="_blank" href="https://www.flipsnack.com/BC775BDD75E/wsj-the-guru-who-says-he-can-get-your-11-year-old-into-harvard/full-view.html">here</a>.<br><br><strong>To support our students, we have built / purpose for the role&nbsp;</strong><br></p><p style="text-align:justify;">This is a full-time position that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.&nbsp;<br></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>What are the main responsibilities for this role?</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy for our AI products for global, especially in the US/NA: segmentation, positioning, pricing, channels, and launch roadmap.</p></li><li><p>Design phased market entry and scale-up plans aligned with business goals.</p></li><li><p>Conduct ongoing research on global market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.</p></li><li><p>Translate insights into clear recommendations for product roadmap, packaging and messaging.</p></li><li><p>Build and manage the acquisition and growth engine for the US market, including: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, YouTube, etc</p></li><li><p>Optimize end-to-end funnel from awareness to activation, conversion, retention and referral</p></li><li><p>Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales and Support to deliver successful launches and growth experiments.<strong><br></strong></p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>What skills and experience are required?</strong><br></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Statistics or related field.</p></li><li><p><span>3–5+ years of experience in GTM / growth / international marketing.</span></p></li><li><p>Cross-cultural communication skills and experience working with international teams.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience driving growth for AI, SaaS, smart hardware or internet products in the US / Western markets.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of US user behavior, content styles and monetization patterns.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills; able to independently pull, analyze and interpret data to make decisions.</p></li><li><p>Solid grasp of growth methodologies: funnels, cohort analysis, segmentation, A/B testing, referral/virality, retention strategies.</p></li><li><p>Owner mindset, high degree of autonomy, bias for action and experimentation.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why work for Crimson?</strong><br></p><ul><li><p>Rapidly growing start up, with a flexible working environment where you will be empowered to structure how you work</p></li><li><p>Limitless development and exposure - our internal promotions/role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year</p></li><li><p>$1000 individual training budget per year, we love to ‘Level Up’ (it’s one of our core values)!</p></li><li><p>Psychologist on staff</p></li><li><p>Insightful fireside chats and workshops to help support our high-performing and ambitious team</p></li><li><p>Radical Candor is a feedback approach we live by</p></li><li><p>We’re a global player with 28 markets (and growing) across the globe.
