Job Title: Bilingual Sales Manager
Blue Fig USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Manager to join our team. As the largest authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless in Florida, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and a superior sales experience to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Train and develop sales associates to improve their sales skills and product knowledge
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to enhance sales performance
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to encourage team success
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is REQUIRED
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements
EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:
- Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly
- Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
- Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
