- Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance.
- Work with stakeholders to define their analytical needs and develop data-driven solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support specific projects or business questions.
- Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and conducting data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create clear and compelling reports.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
- Effective communication skills to present insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
