About this role
Como Abogado Asistente tendrás que Apoyar en la gestión de siniestros y en la asistencia en la redacción y coordinación de informes, realización de análisis de riesgos y revisión de pólizas. Este cargo garantiza que la gestión de siniestros se realice de manera eficiente y conforme a las regulaciones legales.
Funciones Principales
- Asistir a los abogados en la organización y seguimiento de los casos judiciales, manteniendo los expedientes actualizados y accesibles.
- Preparar informes detallados sobre la evolución y estado de los siniestros para las compañías de seguros, asegurando la precisión y la entrega puntual.
- Evaluar los riesgos asociados a cada siniestro y revisar las pólizas de seguros para confirmar coberturas y condiciones aplicables.
- Apoyar según sea necesario a los abogados del área en materias diferentes
Requisitos
- Título universitario en Derecho
- Conocimientos en derecho de seguros y procedimientos de gestión de siniestros (No excluyente)
- Experiencia en manejo de documentación legal análisis de riesgos y revisión de contratos y pólizas. (No excluyente)
