Prism Design Studio operates as an extension of Crafton Tull and places landscape professionals at the forefront of community space planning and development. The Prism Design Studio team supports Crafton Tull projects, along with their own. Projects range in size and type, but have a focus on community spaces, urban places, land planning, recreational spaces, and housing.

STUDENT LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT INTERN SUMMARY: This position is a temporary practicum in landscape architecture. Incumbents will assist licensed landscape architects as needed by performing any or all of the following duties.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree (BS) program from an accredited Landscape Architecture program or school.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply concepts such as averages, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to utilized and understand geometric principles.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software, Design software (i.e. AutoCAD, Sketch Up, etc.), Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history.
