Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring sub-contractor by established drawing and program schedule
• Attend the progress meeting
• Assist with drafting and submission request form for sample of material
• Monitoring the loss of structural material and building material
• Refer to complied site overall quality assurance and safety plan, coordinate with Compliance Department to inspect, quality control and self-inspect
• Maintain and update the site structural work quality record, prepare internal and external audit properly, ensure none or least unconformable situation
• Make inspection with resident consultant and sub-contractor. Arrange structural material testing, conduct and submit relevant reports
• Draft notice of rectification and site memorandum for sub-contractor
• Make close communication in warranty period, provide appropriate service

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Structural Engineering/ Civil Engineering or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Building Construction
• Good management skill
• Good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
