Job Description:

The Enrollment Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for all of enrollment quality assurance. This position is responsible for scanning and maintaining groups and members electronic records. Meets a daily quality assurance production and quota, while maintaining attention to detail. The Enrollment Specialist is also responsible for any overflow of data entry from enrollment during the busy season. Creates quality assurance policies and procedures.Education: ▪ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: ▪ Preferred: 1-2 Years Experience in Data Entry/Clerical Skills: ▪ Must demonstrate ability to be detailed oriented ▪ Possess the ability to communicate in a prompt and efficient manner, both orally and written. ▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams. ▪ Self starter. ▪ Strong insurance background, preferred HMO and PPO ▪ Ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs ▪ Detail oriented Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ N/A
