Job Description:

The Enrollment Specialist I is responsible for performing Enrollment Services functions and meeting production goals as well as quality assurance goals. These duties include the knowledge of all Certificate of Coverages, Summary Benefit Designs regarding eligibility and termination requirements of members and verifying members are eligible for coverage prior to data entry of membership. Communicates both oral and written to Cox HealthPlans plan administrators. Responsible for working with plan administrators to resolve concerns regarding their members.Education: ▪ Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: ▪ Required: 1 year of phone experience ▪ Preferred: 1-2 years of office experience Skills: ▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ▪ Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams. ▪ Self starter. ▪ Possess the ability to communicate in a prompt and efficient manner, both orally and written. ▪ Ability to answer and resolve calls ▪ Demonstrate ability to be detailed oriented ▪ Able to process documents in a timely manner ▪ Able to keep above a 99% quality assurance metric ▪ Must have high accuracy in data entry and review documents with sharp attention to detail. Ability to handle large volumes of data. ▪ Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, grammar, and proofreading skills.  Understanding of the customer service process. Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ N/A
