By designing learning experiences that are clear, practical, and built to scale. As part of Coveo’s Technical Enablement team, you’ll transform complex technical concepts into learning that drives adoption and measurable impact.</p> <p>You’ll blend instructional design, facilitation, and strong execution to deliver enablement programs for internal teams and external audiences. This is a hands-on specialist role where your work directly supports how Coveo is learned, used, and trusted.</p> <h4><strong>As one of our Instructional Designers, you will:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Design and develop engaging digital learning experiences, including self-paced courses, learning paths, microlearning, and certification programs.</li> <li>Translate complex products, features, and processes into clear, learner-centered content.</li> <li>Facilitate live virtual and in-person enablement sessions adapted to different audiences and technical depths.<br>Apply adult learning principles and modern instructional design practices across all learning assets.</li> <li>Maintain and iterate on content using learner feedback, usage data, and program outcomes.</li> <li>Build and manage enablement content within Coveo’s learning management system, ensuring consistency and discoverability.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Here is what will qualify you for the role:&nbsp;</strong></h4> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or enablement within a technical or product-driven environment.</li> <li>Experience facilitating live training or enablement sessions for technical or mixed audiences.</li> <li>Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple learning projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.</li> </ul> <h4><strong>What would make you stand out:</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Experience designing or supporting certification programs for internal teams, partners, or customers.</li> <li>Experience with the Intellum LMS.</li> <li>Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive learning design principles.</li> <li>Interest in learning analytics and continuous content optimization.</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Do you think you can bring this role to life?
