Assistant Vice President, Human Resources

Position Summary:
The AVP of Human Resources serves as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to senior business leaders, driving people strategies that support organizational goals. This role leads a team of HR professionals and partners closely with executives to shape workforce planning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation. Reports to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
Minimum Education:
Master’s degree required in Business or Healthcare Administration or Organizational Development or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources, preferably in a large, matrixed environment. Previous experience leading an HRBP team required. Proven ability to influence and partner with senior executives. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking expertise in organizational development, talent management, and change leadership. Excellent communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
