Reports To: Food and Beverage Director
Location: Plunge Beach Resort
We’re on the lookout for an energetic and personable Part-Time Bartender to join our team! If you love creating great guest experiences, mixing up delicious drinks, and working in a fast-paced, fun environment on the beach — we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor guests to ensure safe alcohol consumption
- Handle transactions accurately and responsibly
- Help create a welcoming and upbeat environment for all patrons
- Perform any other duties as directed by Food and Beverage Director
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience required
- Knowledge of popular cocktails and bar techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoor
- Must be able to able lift 50 lbs
