About the opportunity
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at the AC Hotel Bentonville & Falfurrais Restaurant. This role is crucial to ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our restaurant and kitchen areas.
What you'll get to do
Wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, and utensils according to company standards
Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions
Clean and organize the dishroom, including sweeping and mopping floors
Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, including checking orders for accuracy
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean environment
Skills and Experience
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, including dishes and equipment
Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures in a kitchen environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work in a hot, humid environment
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
