House of Toro is the newest dining experience opening at Marriott The Ricardo Hotel in Westlake, where bold flavors, elevated hospitality, and thoughtful details come together. As a modern steakhouse with a refined yet welcoming atmosphere, House of Toro offers guests an experience that begins well before the first course.

At House of Toro, the cocktail experience is an essential part of our elevated yet approachable steakhouse atmosphere. As a Cocktail Server, you play a key role in creating memorable guest moments through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality. From expertly delivered classic cocktails to thoughtful recommendations that complement bold flavors, you help set the rhythm of the dining experience with confidence, warmth, and precision.

This role supports bar service, dining operations, and special events, requiring a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a passion for service excellence. You are a great fit for this role if you…

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Take and process guest orders accurately and timely using approved POS systems
• Serve a large section efficiently while maintaining Marriott service standards
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with culinary, bar, and support teams
• Maintain strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings to guide guest choices
• Deliver food and beverages with a sense of urgency and attention to presentation
• Perform assigned side work and complete end-of-shift closing procedures
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service areas
• Support table maintenance by bussing, resetting, and keeping floors and seating orderly
• Respond promptly and appropriately to guest needs and service recovery opportunities
• Follow all Coury and Marriott policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds while remaining active throughout your shift
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

We’re excited to have you join us because you…

• Bring previous bartending or cocktail serving experience (preferred)
• Have knowledge of wine and alcoholic beverages and can confidently describe options to guests
• Are able to obtain and maintain required Food Handler and TABC certifications
• Take pride in teamwork, accountability, and service excellence
• Represent Coury Hospitality and Marriott with professionalism, integrity, and a guest-first mindset
