<p><strong>Role Overview: <br></strong>This role is an integral part of Coupang’s Corporate IT team to represent our offices in Taipei, Taiwan, this position is responsible for taking care of end user support, endpoints and infrastructure related technology issues with strong organizational skills and good attention to detail. The person should be a clear communicator who works well across the departments within Corporate IT and displays strong stakeholder & vendor management skills.</p>
<p>This Staff IT Operation Engineer will report directly to the Director IT; Corporate IT team members are expected to uphold the highest standards of accountability integrity and professionalism.</p>
<p>This position is required to act as a hands-on operation manager and forward thinking leader to support the end users overall to secure medium- and long-term growth. We look forward to an IT professional who applies knowledge and expertise to resolve issues proactively or respond to end user requests in a timely manner along with Coupang's growth.</p>

<p><strong>What You Will Do: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Plan and operate IT services and continuously improve the relevant processes for a stable IT end user support onsite. </li>
<li>Purchase and install IT endpoint/network equipment and devices </li>
<li>Operate and provide maintenance support in IT endpoint/network equipment and devices </li>
<li>Manage IT assets and report regularly </li>
<li>Perform continuous process improvements for an efficient IT operation </li>
<li>Work with stakeholders and relevant business teams </li>
<li>Troubleshooting and monitoring LAN/WLAN/WAN activities and utilization and work with vendor Technical Support engineers to resolve issues </li>
<li>Basic networking problem resolution and managing incident response tickets within an Enterprise ticketing system </li>
<li>Identify, report, and resolve poorly performing system issues using agreed troubleshooting tools and processes </li>
<li>Work with other global IT teams to implement/execute change requests and support in-house IT projects </li>
<li>Good at stakeholder & vendor management </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Essential Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>7 + years of related work experience </li>
<li>Experience in operation and configuration of IT devices and asset management (PC / Printer / VC / Network equipment, etc.) </li>
<li>Experience in Windows/MacBook, Endpoint/MDM security program, Active Directory, Wired/Wireless network and other IT infrastructure support </li>
<li>Have great interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication </li>
<li>Basic background in network administration and architecture </li>
<li>Good understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP), routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF), switching </li>
<li>Good understanding of access control models and network security </li>
<li>Basic experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools </li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with technical and business stakeholders at all levels, including presentation development and delivery</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in ITIL based IT service operation or Infrastructure Workplace project </li>
<li>Experience in a PMP based project </li>
<li>Experience in providing supports to fulfillment/delivery/customer service center </li>
<li>Experience in IDC, Rack, UPS/Battery, Cooling (CRAC), Power Cabling, FMS, etc. </li>
<li>Time-conscious, focused, organized, results-driven </li>
</ul>
