<p>As a Capacity Planning Manager(Lastmile Management), you will lead the execution of logistics capacity planning across last mile and middle mile operations. This role is responsible for executing the action plans including managing daily and monthly capacity, and driving operational efficiency through data-driven workforce and performance analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and cost-effective logistics execution.</p>
