THE TYPE OF CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE ASSISTANT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Customer-facing experience with patient interaction in a fast-paced environment, punctuality, and clear communication skills while using office systems for scheduling, data entry, and payment handling are preferred.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR CHIROPRACTIC OFFICE ASSISTANT

This full-time position follows a consistent schedule of 8:30 AM–6:30 PM.

In this role, you'll guide the patient experience from the moment they arrive, managing flow, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and keeping the clinic running on time. You'll oversee scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and show rates; communicate with patients across calls, texts, and emails; support therapies by placing patients on equipment and assisting providers; and maintain accuracy with payments, financial presentations, data entry, and stat tracking.
