This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across a variety of farm systems and equipment. From mechanical and electrical work to seasonal and facility upkeep, this role ensures that our farms operate smoothly day-to-day.</p> <p>This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently while contributing to a larger team.
