Visibility & Merchandising Intern (Retail Space Design/Architecture)

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Visibility & Merchandising Intern, you are responsible for visibility execution, supplier coordination, and POS excellence.
You will support the execution of Coty’s visibility strategy at the point of sale, ensuring our brands are presented with excellence across temporary and permanent visibility. You will learn hands‑on how planograms, supplier management, budgets, and store checks come together to create impactful brand experiences in retail environments.
Your main focus:
- Execute massive visual changes, planograms, and POS updates across key retailers.
- Coordinate with suppliers for production, installation, and delivery of visibility materials.
- Control stock levels, warehouse flows, and budget tracking for the V&M team.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and competitive analyses to support decision‑making.
- Support permanent/temporal furniture projects, retail space planning, and store checks.

The team consists of 5 Visibility & Merchandising specialists, and you will work closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Marketing. YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to combine creativity with structure, and you enjoy understanding how brands come to life in retail spaces. As a Visibility & Merchandising Intern, you work with curiosity, organization, and a hands‑on mindset, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.
Other than that, you:
- Bring a background in design, architecture, retail design, or business with creative interest, combined with strong business/operational acumen.
- Have basic financial knowledge or curiosity (budgets, ROI, cost analysis).
- Are comfortable working with suppliers, materials, and retail space guidelines.
- Are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and able to interpret technical information.
- Master the English & Spanish language on a fluent level.
- Are available to work 35 hours (9:00–17:00) or 30 hours (9:30–16:30) for a minimum 6‑month internship.
