RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Planner Intern, you are responsible for planning, distribution, coordination.
You will support the Global Planning Hub by helping execute daily and weekly supply chain processes, ensuring smooth coordination between Coty’s business units and the central planning team. You’ll contribute to the global distribution of products—including promotional items—working closely with our distribution centers.
Your main focus:
- Learn and participate in global supply chain planning processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across production, distribution, and business units
- Support daily operations and planning activities for regular and promotional product flows
- Assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities
- Contribute to process improvements and productivity initiatives

The team consists of Planning Analysts and Planners, and you will work closely with departments such as Supply Chain, Distribution, and Business Units. YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to explore how global supply chains operate and enjoy solving logistical challenges. As a Planner Intern, you work with precision, curiosity, and a proactive mindset. You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.
Other than that, you:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering: such as Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.
- Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Are confident using Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
- Are comfortable working with large datasets and supply chain metrics
- Are proactive, organized, and eager to learn
- Master the English language on a fluent level
