The Role
Lead and inspire our Retail Teams across Victoria to deliver amazing experiences for our customer and to drive business outcomes
Embed culture that builds a team of engaged Brand and product ambassadors
Enable and develop performing teams who are customer first, people focused and results driven
Build capability within your Area Managers that enables performance and collaborate with your Group partners to build an internal talent pipeline for future succession
Partner with your VM Team to execute the Brand plan and to deliver consistent store experiences across your state
Embed customer excellence whilst growing results through clear direction and operational excellence

What you'll do
- Lead and inspire retail teams across Victoria to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes. Build capability within area managers and collaborate with partners to ensure consistent store experiences.
