Subject Matter Expert for the interoperability solution, responsible for staying abreast of mandate-driven changes and recommending these to P&E. Plan and execute automated ETLs for FHIR data feeds, including member, coverage, clinical, and claim data. Ensure the automatic capture and reporting of audit events for CMS Rule 57F and 9115F mandate metrics to CMS. Manage end to end and day to day operations for Cotiviti hosted or customer hosted application instances including deploying upgrades, submissions operations, building custom tools and utilities, creating adhoc reports / queries. Perform proactive management of submission cycles, and reactive management of customer reported cases/issues. Design, implement, and maintain containerized environments and orchestration systems to support the organization's infrastructure and applications. Review customer problem details to provide resolutions and reproduce customer issues in a controlled test environment. Provide guidance and advice to operations engineers on workarounds or temporary fixes to the client to avoid processing disruption by analyzing application and database performance, identifying bottlenecks and providing fix reports to the development team for a fix. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field. A foreign equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field is acceptable. Five years of experience in any occupation in which required skills were gained. 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in product support in the healthcare industry, including: 5 years of experience reading and writing relational database queries using T-SQL or ANSI-SQL; 5 years of hands-on experience developing or supporting applications using one or more of the following technologies/languages: COM, VB, Jscript, Java, Perl, C# or VB.Net; 5 years of experience working with EDI and EDI systems and knowledge of HIPAA; 5 years of experience working with HTML; and 4 years of experience working with code or scripting development. Employer will also accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field and three years of experience in any occupation in which required skills were gained. A foreign equivalent to a U.S. Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field is acceptable. 3 years of experience in product support in the healthcare industry, including: 3 years of experience reading and writing relational database queries using T-SQL or ANSI-SQL; 3 years of hands-on experience developing or supporting applications using one or more of the following technologies/languages: COM, VB, Jscript, Java, Perl, C# or VB.Net; 3

Base compensation ranges from at least $79,955. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
