Job Description:

This role in our Valuations team offers the chance to make a real impact by providing timely, hands-on support and collaborating closely with colleagues. If you value teamwork, responsiveness, and continuous learning, this is the role for you.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll deliver exceptional support to our clients, resolve enquiries, and ensure a seamless experience. If you’re ready to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Interface with customers to resolve 1st and 2nd tier/escalated service issues
  • Investigate, analyse, and track moderately complex customer concerns
  • Conduct research and escalate issues to senior staff when necessary
  • Create and maintain logs, reports, records, and files
  • Make proactive calls to identify and resolve issues requiring attention
  • Collaborate with offshore call centres on process or specialised situations
  • Perform order fulfilment, including receiving orders, reconciling data, and tracking progress
  • Prepare customer billings, answer billing questions, and coordinate resolution with collections or other departments
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport
  • Basic maths skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules and demands
  • Capability to understand, respond to, and resolve a wide range of customer issues
