The Anglian Water Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) project currently involves the planning, design and construction of circa 320km of new strategic, large diameter, clean water interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure across Anglian Water’s region. The SPA Alliance is also taking on responsibility for the future interconnector pipelines, a further 260km of strategic interconnector pipelines and associated infrastructure. opment cycle to the delivery through the construction phase would be preferred. The successful candidate will work closely with Planning Engineers to ensure the integration of costs and planning artefacts on contracts whilst reporting to the Manager of Cost Engineering.
The successful candidate will demonstrate technical expertise and experience in Cost Engineering to support a large scale civil engineering programme such as SPA. You will be expected to lead in the development of Programme Controls infrastructure such as data structures, a cost management plan and the establishment of functionally integrated PMO processes including EVM and change. The expectation is that we will use this experience and infrastructure to support the deployment of an automated Cost, Change and EVM system for IC2 in the near future.
In addition to this, you will lead the Cost Engineering function as well as interact with a large panel of individuals contributing to the performance of the individual projects and programme and become a central member of the SPA Project Controls team with specific responsibilities and accountabilities.
