Costa Navarino is looking for a Security Coordinator. The selected candidate will ensure smooth, efficient, and organized operations within the team or department they support.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and departments, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files.
- Prepare and process reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Handle HR documentation, including roster changes, daily scans, and digital card.
- Facilitate communication between departments via e mail and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with resource allocation, inventory management, and order supplies as needed for team operations.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or support role. Experience in a similar industry or sector is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Any relevant certifications or training in administration, project management, or specific Microsoft office tools are a plus.
- Fluent in Greek and English Languages.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
