The award-winning The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort Costa Navarino are seeking a dedicated In-Room Dining Waiter to provide exceptional in-room dining experiences to our guests. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to guest satisfaction will play a vital role in enhancing the overall stay experience. You will ensure that all guest requests are met promptly, maintaining our high service standards throughout the night shift.
Responsibilities
- Take guest orders for in-room dining and accurately enter them into the system.
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that all orders are presented in an attractive and appealing manner
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of orders
- Process payment transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Prior experience as an In-Room Dining Waiter, Room Service Waiter, or similar hospitality role.
- High school diploma.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and guest service orientation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced night shift environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items and preparation methods.
- Awareness of proper food handling and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driving license (Category B) required.
