What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Vice President of Field Sales within our Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is a remote role. In this role, you will lead and scale our Enterprise Lodging Field Sales organization, driving strategic revenue growth across large, complex B2B customers. You will report directly to the SVP of Lodging and regularly collaborate with Product, Implementation, and Client Success teams.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
• Driving enterprise revenue growth by leading a team of 7–10 Field Sales Executives focused on net-new and expansion opportunities, exclusively
• Developing and executing strategic account penetration plans for large, multi-location organizations across target industries
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing enterprise sales leaders and individual contributors on complex, long-cycle deal strategy
• Monitoring performance through KPIs including pipeline velocity, deal size, win rates, and onboarding success
• Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Client Success to ensure seamless enterprise customer delivery
• Leading recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and continuous development for the field sales team
• Conducting joint field visits, executive-level sales calls, and strategic planning sessions
• Representing Corpay Lodging at industry conferences and enterprise networking events
• Providing accurate forecasting, reporting, and insights to executive leadership
• Managing team travel, entertainment, and operational budgets
Qualifications & Skills
• 6+ years of enterprise B2B sales leadership experience managing high-performing field sales teams
• Proven success selling into large, complex, multi-location organizations with C-level buyers
• Demonstrated experience leading long-cycle, consultative, and solution-based sales motions
• Strong track record in net-new revenue generation and high-growth environments
• Experience selling into industries with decentralized or traveling workforces preferred
• Advanced knowledge of sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is $120,000 - $200,000.
