What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Strategic Caller. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will support our client’s vendor base for B2B payments, simplifying the payment process and providing better control and visibility for our clients. This position is responsible for contacting vendors via phone to develop new vendor relationships for our clients and generate new revenue. Responsibilities also include fostering the client relationships sold and working closely with Vendor Enrollment management, as well as the Implementation and Sales teams, to develop plans to build or retire quota. You will report directly to the hiring manager and regularly collaborate with other team(s)/department(s).

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
• Placing outbound calls to strategic vendors not yet enrolled in the program
• Maintaining vendor queues, prioritizing outreach, retiring non-accepting vendors, and completing campaigns on schedule
• Entering vendor and client data accurately in designated systems
• Discussing enrollment statistics with clients, Sales, and Project Management
• Liaising between vendors and clients and resolving payment-related concerns
• Negotiating payment acceptance terms and overcoming objections by offering alternative payment options
• Handling approximately 80+ inbound and outbound calls daily in a professional manner
• Utilizing multiple Corpay applications to assist customers efficiently
• Demonstrating strong written and verbal communication across customers, peers, and leadership
• Cross-selling additional Corpay products and services when appropriate
• Transferring calls to appropriate departments as needed
• Providing accurate account information while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Partnering effectively as a team member and demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
• Navigating multiple systems while listening, inputting data, and providing solutions
• Performing additional duties as assigned based on business needs
Qualifications & Skills
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1.5+ years of high call-volume experience required
• 1+ years of inside sales, telesales, or sales support preferred
• Demonstrated ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent organization, professional phone etiquette, and communication skills
• Strong analytical aptitude and basic math proficiency
• Ability to problem-solve and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Proven success working calmly under pressure while managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and related Office applications
