What you'll be doing

Programme Manager - Digital

Role Responsibilities:

• Leading end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional projects and strategic programs.
• Serving as the primary lead for business integrations, ensuring seamless alignment of systems, processes, and teams post-merger or partnership.
• Partnering with senior executives to translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with measurable ROI.
• Driving governance and reporting for the strategic initiatives portfolio, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Managing project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Mentoring junior project managers and contribute to the development of best practices and project standards.
• Proactively identify risks, interdependencies, and change impacts; implement mitigation strategies.
• Influencing decision-making at the executive level with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification strongly preferred.

• Experience:
  • Proven experience of project or program management experience, in financial services, payments, or fintech sectors.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level, multi-department projects and integrations.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen, executive presence, and experience working with senior leadership.
• Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
  • Strong analytical, financial, and organizational capabilities.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven with a “get it done” mindset.
