Role Purpose

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations and assisting colleagues across a very busy team environment. This role requires someone who can work independently with confidence, while also thriving as part of a collaborative team.

 

This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Accountabilities of the Role

  • Opening and organising incoming and outgoing post.

  • Printing and issuing clients renewal packs and certificates of insurance.

  • Managing team mailboxes and coordinate with team members.

  • Scanning documents and saving to client records.

  • Assisting the team with collecting information from clients.

  • Assisting in the general overall administration activities of the business.


Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage tasks independently.

  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar  tools.

  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of risk control & regulatory environment

  • Commercial awareness
