Overview

Cornerstone Parking Group is seeking a responsible individual to join our Parking Maintenance/Enforcement Team. This position maintains the appearance of our parking garage facilities in Orlando, FL. The Parking Maintenance/Enforcement is a high-profile customer service position, assisting customers who park in a large parking facility. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong desire to keep our parking garages clean and organized.


Responsibilities

  • Trash pickup, removal, and disposal in parking garage; empty trash bins
  • Dusting and sweeping
  • Wash windows; clean handrails, stairwells, etc.
  • Use pressure power washer to clean parking garage, as needed
  • Clean/wipe down of all parking equipment (gates, ticket dispensers, etc.) and signs throughout the parking garage. Report any equipment malfunctions and/or items in need of repair. Work closely with the Parking Manager to provide our client with seamless service and our customers with a positive parking experience. Use tact and professionalism to resolve parking-related issues and concerns.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to property management, maintenance team, residents, and retail employees regarding parking and access control daily by:
  • Issuing Parking Permits
  • Access Controls to parking areas
  • Repair and Replacement parking access remotes
  • Maintain a roster for Retail parking contract holders
  • Provide parking enforcement of parking garages and areas. Issue tickets and facilitate the towing of unauthorized vehicles as needed.
  • Provide enforcement of all resident and retail garage inventories
  • Manage enforcement database/violation log on daily basis
  • Manage all after hour parking related calls appropriately
  • Other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver's license and responsible driving history
  • Minimum of one year custodial, janitorial or general maintenance experience, or related experience
  • Able to work inside and outside in all types of weather conditions
  • Light to heavy work requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, kneeling, and/or stooping
  • Able to comfortably operate small power equipment, such as a pressure power washer
  • Lift up to 50lbs periodically
  • Integrity: Must be able to work alone, unsupervised for majority of each shift. Must be honest, responsible, reliable, personable, and maintain a professional and helpful image
  • Able to read, write, comprehend, and converse in English
  • High school diploma or equivalent
