Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Architectural Technologist to join the firm as part of our Regional Practice team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities

 

The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, highly-motivated individual seeking progressively more responsible assignments on a variety of projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting on full life cycle projects
  • Generating technical design solutions within the functional parameters of a project
  • Translating concepts and information into images
  • Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions
  • Assisting with contract administration responsibilities
  • Coordinating with a variety of consultants

 

 

Qualifications

 

Qualified candidates should exhibit strong master planning and organizational skills and be able to collaborate in a diverse project team. Strengths in conceptual design, technical excellence, and communication skills are also desired. Candidates should be familiar with coordinating project deliverables and clients.

 

A professional, degree in Architectural Technology is required, along with 4+ years of experience and AutoCAD and Revit proficiency. Experience with other 3D software preferred. Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination are required.  Education, residential, commercial project experience and a willingness to travel is strongly preferred.
