What We Are Looking For:

Corelation is looking for an experienced intermediate C++ software developer to join the team. As a member of the team, you will assist with the development of new features and functionality and support existing integrations and services offered today.


Requirements

· Function as an integral part of the implementation team, assisting as assigned to address client support issues.

· Create, revise, and maintain core C++ software that requires little to no formatting changes to meet client business needs.

· Work with a team to confirm project requirements by reviewing software objectives, input data and resulting output.

· • Identify and provide input on best practices and process improvement for program development.

· Provide reasonable task and project effort estimates.

· Perform revision, repair, or improvement of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.

· Assist in training and mentoring new employees.

· Provide input as it relates to system integration of third-party or custom-built solutions.

· Preserve and optimize quality through testing as required.

· Maintain historical records by documenting program development and revisions.

· On-call support rotation for after hour emergencies and occasional weekend client conversion support.

· Leverage internal resources and experiences for credit union requirements when developing software.

· Contribute to design meetings, perform implementation and maintenance of multiple interface modules.

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.


Why You Are The Perfect Fit

· 3-5 years professional experience in backend software development

· Proficiency in C++ required

· Proficient in software development in AIX or Linux environment.

· Proficiency in XML required

· Proficiency in SQL required

· Knowledge of relational database design & modeling

· Possess excellent problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of credit union products and services preferred

· Develop and maintain an advanced understanding of Corelation’s KeyStone platform and keep abreast of all enhancements and changes

· Experience with Agile Scrum methodology


Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field or equivalent number of years of experience.
