Summary of Responsibilities

This role is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing strategic KPIs, analysis and key insights to drive institutional sales and retention.  This requires partnering with head of institutional sales leadership to design and implement metrics to measure the end-to-end sales process.  Develop and monitor metrics to assess and report health and risks of retirement plans.  Integrate external data sources that will lead to business results.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with head of institutional sales to drive both growth and retention of the institutional business
  • Conduct and deliver comprehensive institutional sales analysis of business strategies and opportunities to inform executive decision-making
  • Monitor and report current book of business
  • Partner with Field and Strategic Relationship management to define and implement practice management strategies, based on organizational goals and business needs.
  • Drive efficiency and modernization of the sales organization by driving the adoption of sales tools and consistent practice management initiatives.
  • Manage 2 internal employees and external data partners

What we are looking for

  • Knowledge and experience in retirement institutional business
  • Experience in building dashboards, metrics and data analysis
  • Knowledge of SQL and any reporting platform will be a plus
  • Ability to analyze internal & external data combined with industry expertise to formulate sales and retention strategies that will help business make valuable decisions
  • Experience in understanding and managing disparate data sources to drive dashboards and business analytics
  • Ability to work with sales leadership to design, implement and measure sales performance
  • Experience and driving business & data process improvements
  • Increase the efficiency and efficacy of sales organization 
  • Analyze current processes and design new modern and high-impactful processes
  • Anticipate internal and external business challenges and recommend / implement enhancements
