About the role

Responsibilities

As an Advisor Support Professional, you will provide quality service to our field partners and clients in a call center environment.

  • Act as an advocate for VFA Broker Dealer by utilizing excellent communication, problem solving, research and analytical skills to assist with complex issues regarding account statuses, balances, account transfers, and general inquires.
  • Provide professional, accurate and prompt service to field partners and clients with a sense of urgency at all times.
  • Be available to work any shift within our hours of operations (8am-5pm (CST))

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of previous Inbound Call Center Experience
  • Financial Services Industry Experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Proficient in multitasking and navigating multiple systems and windows at once.
  • Able to work in a fast paced, metric driven environment.
  • FINRA Series7, 63 is preferred but not required, ability to obtain securities licenses for professional development required

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
