The Principal Accountant is accountable for site-level financial accounting activities, ensuring the accurate capture, recording, and timely reporting of financial information in compliance with IFRS. This role partners closely with other Finance teams to maintain a strong balance sheet integrity, effective intercompany accounting, and sustain a high level of financial audit readiness.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. CPA preferred. Five years of progressive experience in core accounting, including demonstrated ownership of month-end close and internal control processes in a manufacturing organization.
Experience leveraging SAP ERP and consolidation tools to support financial reporting and month-end close processes. Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
