Senior Director of Sales – Premier Construction Software

Location: North America

Reports to: Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Position Overview
The Director of Sales will be accountable for driving top-line revenue growth, managing and developing a high-performing sales team, optimizing the sales process, and achieving Premier’s strategic revenue targets across assigned geographies. This leader will play a key role in shaping sales strategy, scaling operations, and ensuring Premier remains the software partner of choice for the construction industry worldwide.
 

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Leadership: Own and deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets across North America.
 

Team Management & Development: Lead, coach, and expand the sales team to exceed performance metrics. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
 

Pipeline Management: Oversee pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and sales velocity. Partner with marketing to ensure a healthy lead flow and conversion rates.
 

Sales Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including territory planning, segmentation, and account-based approaches aligned with company growth objectives.
 

Process Optimization: Continuously refine the sales process, introduce best-in-class tools and methodologies (e.g., CRM optimization, AI-assisted forecasting, sales enablement platforms).
 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive alignment, ensure a seamless customer experience, and inform product market fit.
 

Performance Metrics: Track, analyze, and report on key KPIs such as pipeline coverage, win rates, average deal size, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
 

Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and verticals to accelerate growth in target regions.
 

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, preferably within construction, ERP, or project management software sectors.
 

Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.

Strong experience leading geographically distributed teams.
 

Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, sales operations, and data-driven decision-making.
 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

High proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gong, Amplemarket).
 

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
