About the role

Team: Sales & Marketing

Compensation: $150,000K - $200,000 CAD per year (On-Target Earnings, including base salary and variable commission)

Location: Hybrid (Markham, Ontario / Remote within Canada)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Position Summary

The Account Executive will drive revenue growth across North America by engaging prospective customers, conducting tailored demos, and managing full-cycle sales engagements. This role emphasizes qualification, demo execution, and closing rather than high-volume outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a proven track record in SaaS sales to senior decision-makers.

This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to work primarily remotely but requiring availability to attend periodic meetings, trade shows, and events as needed in Markham or other locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close within assigned territories.
  • Conduct product demonstrations customized to clients’ needs, highlighting Premier’s value proposition.
  • Engage with construction companies’ C-suite executives, controllers, and project managers to understand business challenges and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records, opportunities, and communications within HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to follow up on leads and contribute to targeted outbound sales campaigns.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Attend trade shows, virtual events, and in-person client meetings as required (occasional travel).
  • Stay informed of product updates, market trends, and competitive intelligence.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Demonstrated success consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Proven ability to sell to senior executives (CFO, COO, CEO, or equivalent).
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English.
  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing priorities independently.
  • Skilled in CRM use (HubSpot preferred) and other digital sales tools.
