We are looking for a dependable and motivated Copier/Printer Technician to join our Service Team. This position is based in Tri-Cities, WA and serves the metro and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunction devices
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment installations
- Provide excellent customer service on site
- Accurately complete service documentation and parts tracking
- Manage a daily service route with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
- Copier/Printer technician experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
- Professional communication and customer service skills
