Descripción genérica del puesto
Generar documentación necesaria para la fabricación de productos de acuerdo con requerimientos de cliente, solucionar problemas de Proceso e implementar mejora continua para incrementar productividad y calidad.
Responsabilidades:
· Diseñar, implementar y/o traducir Instrucciones de Trabajo de ensambles electrónicos
· Adecuar estaciones de trabajo para el operador (Basado en principios de ergonomía).
· Generar procesos en sistema MES Factory Logix asegurando la calidad del producto.
· Selección e implementación de herramientas y equipo, en conjunto con especificaciones de producto y producción.
· Entrenar operadores en métodos e instrucciones de trabajo.
· Diseñar e implementar métodos de Manufactura Esbelta.
· Brindar soporte a Producción en problemas de Proceso
· Implementar mejoras de proceso para reducir costos e incrementar Productividad y Calidad.
Autoridad:
· Documentar procesos, dar soporte e implementar mejoras de proceso.
Requerimientos básicos:
· Carrera técnica terminada o ingeniería.
· Conocimiento de SMD, impresion de pasta
· Manejo de Microsoft Office
· Conocimiento Soldadora de Ola.
· Experiencia en procesos de fabricación de ensambles electrónicos.
· Habilidad de solución de problemas, negociación y trabajo en equipo.
· Proactivo
Requerimientos deseables:
· Ingles
· Conocimiento de electrónica, mecánica y neumática.
· Técnicas de solución de problemas.
· Certificación Lean Manufacturing y/o Six Sigma.
· Manejo de proveedores.

What you'll do
- The technician will generate necessary documentation for product manufacturing according to customer requirements and solve process issues while implementing continuous improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Responsibilities also include designing work instructions, training operators, and supporting production.
