Descripción genérica del puesto:
Supervisar equipo de compradores de material directo (productivo).
Mantener y adecuar el nivel de inventario para los suministros de material productivo de acuerdo a las necesidades diarias de producción.
Responsabilidades:
· Es responsabilidad del puesto coordinar compras con equipo de compradores, así como; mantener los niveles adecuados de los suministros de material directo (productivo) para cubrir necesidades diarias de la producción y evitar paros de líneas de producción
· Control de componentes AA, A, B, C etc.
Conciliar facturas vencidas, para pago a proveedores
Calcular reserva de Obsolescencia por Qtr.
Revision y resolucion de excesos de inventarios
· Revision de componentes criticos y resolucion con el equipo de compradores.
Escalacion en tiempo de problemas criticos
Autoridad:
· Administración de personal
· Influencia en seleccion de proveedores
· Definir niveles de inventario
· Definir safety stocks, stocks fijos, etc
Requerimientos básicos:
· Carrera terminada
5 Anos de experiencia en posicion similar
· Experiencia previa en manejo de inventario y materiales
· Experiencia en la supervisión de personal a cargo
· 90% Ingles escrito y hablado
· Conocimiento en ERP's
· Conocer los procedimientos pertinentes a su posición
· Habilidad para negociar
· Dominio de paquetes Office
· Orientado a dar servicio
Requerimientos deseables:
• Conocimientos básicos de uso de software ERP
• Capacidad de análisis y solución de problemas.
APICS
Maestria Logistica, Administracion, Desarrollo sistemas.

What you'll do
- Supervise a team of buyers to maintain appropriate inventory levels for production materials. Coordinate purchases and resolve inventory excesses to prevent production line stoppages.
