Descripcion

- Administrar, coordinar y ejecutar los proyectos asignados entregándolos a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.

-Liderar y colaborar con los equipos de ejecución de proyectos que persiguen la ejecución y la ampliación del alcance del proyecto.

-Coordinar los equipos de soporte interno, así como los usuarios finales, para el cumplimiento de los cronogramas del proyecto, responsable de la programación y hacer que suceda.

- Informar y realizar un seguimiento del estado del proyecto,

 

 

 

Responsabilidades:

 

·         Cumplir con los procedimientos y/o lineamientos de documentación durante la ejecución del Proyecto

·         Cumplir con las normas y políticas de seguridad establecidas por la empresa.

·         Asegúrese de que toda la información / documentos necesarios para las actividades en el sitio estén disponibles

·         La persona involucrada ayuda como enlace brindando asistencia a las operaciones de la planta, que incluyen: implementación de las primeras corridas de producción, programas de reducción de costos, modificaciones de productos, cambios de ingeniería, verificación de requisitos de especificaciones temporales y proceso de diseño/trabajo.

·         Esta posición debe dar seguimiento a la documentación detallada, oportuna y precisa con ambos departamentos: ingeniería y calidad, así como grupos de manufactura.

·         Se requieren amplias habilidades de comunicación, así como trabajar con el personal de manufactura para resolver problemas y planificar y ejecutar planes de acción para los cambios y reducción de costos.

·         Conocimiento total de SPC, capacitación en QIP y conocimiento de QIP se requiere para ayudar a            asegurar los objetivos de calidad de producción extremadamente importante en el proceso           

·         Toma decisiones o hace recomendaciones sobre la asignación de recursos, cronogramas de tiempos,

 

Autoridad:

 

Aprobación de documentación propia del área de Ingeniería.
Creación y modificación de procedimientos de procesos.

 

 

Requerimientos básicos: 

·         Licenciatura en Ingeniería electrónica, industrial y/o eléctrica

·         Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos, se prefiere el título de PMP

  Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en manejo de personal

·         100% bilingüe español/inglés, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita (tanto español como inglés)

·         Alta experiencia en la industria de ensamblaje electrónico

·         Competente en Microsoft Project, Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook y herramientas de gestión del tiempo

·         Fuertes habilidades de gestión de proyectos, orientado a resultados.

·         El conocimiento financiero es necesario

·         Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación

·         Certificación Six Sigma Green Belt

·         Conocimiento en DFM (Diseño para manufacturabilidad)

·          Conocimiento Diseño de prueba DFT

 

Requerimientos deseables:

 

·         Certificación IPC 2222

·         Certificación Master Black Belt.
