Für unseren Kunden in Solothurn, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n, motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n Senior Solution Architekten / Projektleiter.
Für die Planung und Umsetzung dieses Vorhabens sucht unser Kunde eine Fachperson, das nachweisbare Expertise in der Migration komplexer Systemlandschaften und der Umstellung von Zeichencodierungen mitbringt.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Analyse der bestehenden Systemlandschaft, Schnittstellen und Abhängigkeiten
- Ausarbeitung eines konkreten Vorgehensplans
- Erstellung eines Umstellungskonzepts
- Erarbeitung einer Dependency Map
- Identifikation von Risiken und technischen Herausforderungen
- Erstellung einer T-Shirt-Kostenschätzung für die anschliessende Umsetzung
- Schrittweise Migration aller betroffenen Systeme auf die neue Zeichencodierung
- Koordination mit technischen Teams, Fachbereichen und Testverantwortlichen
- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität, Systemstabilität und reibungslosen Übergänge
Ihr Profil:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Systemmigrationen, idealerweise im Versicherungs- oder Gesundheitsumfeld
- Nachweisbare Expertise in der Umstellung von Zeichencodierungen komplexer Plattformen
- Tiefes technisches Verständnis von Enterprise-Architekturen, Integrationen und Legacy-Systemen
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Abhängigkeiten strukturiert zu analysieren und pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit regulierten oder stark standardisierten Umgebungen von Vorteil
- Fliessend Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What you'll do
- The Senior Solution Architect will analyze the existing system landscape, develop a concrete action plan, and create a migration concept. They will also coordinate with technical teams and ensure data quality and system stability during the migration process.
