Für unseren Kunden aus der Telekommunikationsbranche in Bern, suchen wir eine:n motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n Lean Manager Medienkurse (60%)
Sie tragen in dieser Rolle dazu bei, die digitale Medienkompetenz von Kindern und Jugendlichen in der Schweiz zu stärken und gestalten gleichzeitig wirkungsvolle, effiziente Prozesse mit.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Weiterentwicklung, Automatisierung und Optimierung der End‑to‑End‑Prozesse im Bereich Medienkurse
- Identifikation und Umsetzung von Effizienz- und Qualitätssteigerungen entlang des gesamten Wertstroms
- Verantwortung für das zentrale Veranstaltungsmanagement von der Planung bis zur Durchführung
- Unterstützung des operativen Teams in der Organisation, Auftragsbearbeitung und Kommunikation
- Aktive Mitgestaltung von Produktentwicklungen und Innovationsinitiativen
- Bereitstellung, Analyse und Monitoring relevanter KPIs sowie Mitarbeit im Budget‑Controlling
- Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung bezüglich Kursvolumen, Qualität und Effizienz
Ihr Profil:
- 2–4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Prozessmanagement, Projektmanagement, Koordination oder ähnlichen Funktionen
- Abschluss auf Sekundarstufe II mit höherer Weiterbildung oder Hochschulstudium in relevantem Bereich
- Erfahrung in Prozessanalyse, -gestaltung und Lean-Methoden sowie hoher Umgangssicherheit mit digitalen Tools
- Fundiertes Verständnis des Schweizer Bildungssystems, insbesondere der Volksschule / LP21
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie analytisches Denken
- Teamfähigkeit, kommunikative Stärke und hohe Serviceorientierung; Erfahrung im Bildungsbereich von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und solide Englischkenntnisse

What you'll do
- The Lean Manager will enhance the end-to-end processes in media courses and manage events from planning to execution. They will also support the operational team and contribute to product development and innovation initiatives.
