Für unseren Kunden aus der Versicherungsbranche in Luzern, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n und aufgeschlossene:n Kommunikationsspezialist:in - Change Management (50%).
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für die professionelle Aufbereitung, Strukturierung und Kommunikation von Inhalten aus dem CIO Office für den CIO, das IT Leadership Team sowie für strategische Initiativen und Investitionsprogramme
- Entwicklung hochwertiger Management‑ und Executive‑Präsentationen für Führungskräfte bis auf C‑Level‑Stufe sowie für Geschäftsleitung, Gremien und Mitarbeitenden‑Anlässe
- Übersetzung von Aufträgen, Rohinhalten und unstrukturierten Inputs in klare Storylines, Entscheidungslogiken und prägnante Kernbotschaften
- Visuelle und inhaltliche Aufbereitung komplexer Sachverhalte (PowerPoint‑Design, Charts, Narrative) unter Berücksichtigung unterschiedlicher Zielgruppen und Management‑Ebenen
- Zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte und Top Management über verschiedene Kanäle (Präsentationen, Newsletter, Intranetartikel, Mailings)
- Beratung des CIO und des IT Leadership Teams bezüglich Positionierung, Wirkung und Konsistenz von Botschaften in Entscheidungs‑ und Alignment‑Situationen
- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kommunikations‑ und Change‑Massnahmen im Rahmen von IT‑, Transformations‑ und Investitionsinitiativen
- Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Narrativs sowie Förderung von Verständnis, Akzeptanz und nachhaltiger Verankerung strategischer Vorhaben in der Organisation
Ihr Profil:
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Executive Communication sowie in der Erstellung von Management‑ und C‑Level‑Präsentationen, idealerweise in einem IT‑ oder Konzernumfeld
- Ausgeprägte Kompetenz in Storylining, Strukturierung und visueller Aufbereitung komplexer Inhalte sowie in der Übersetzung unklarer Inputs in entscheidungsreife Unterlagen
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kommunikations‑ und Change‑Massnahmen (idealerweise Prosci‑zertifiziert)
- Erfahrung in IT‑, Transformations‑ und Investitionsprogrammen in grösseren Organisationen
- Hohe Diskretion und Vertrauenswürdigkeit im Umgang mit sensitiven und strategischen Informationen
- Von Vorteil: Branchenkenntnisse im Gesundheitswesen sowie Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsweisen und Frameworks (z. B. SAFe, Scrum)
- Sehr hohe schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit in Deutsch sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Stärke auf allen Management‑Ebenen
