<p><strong>Deine Aufgaben:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Betrieb, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung von Kundeninfrastrukturen</li>
<li>Planung, Implementierung und Wartung von Server-, Storage- und Virtualisierungslösungen</li>
<li>Sicherstellung von Backup-, Recovery- und Archivierungskonzepten</li>
<li>Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung von Client-, VDI- und Remote-Desktop-Umgebungen</li>
<li>Analyse, Dokumentation und Behebung von Störungen im Bereich Netzwerk und Systemtechnik</li>
<li>Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kundinnen und Kunden sowie internen Teams</li>
<li>Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung nachhaltiger IT-Lösungen</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Dein Profil:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker:in EFZ mit Fachrichtung Systemtechnik oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung</li>
<li>Praxiserfahrung mit Virtualisierungslösungen wie <strong>VMware</strong> oder <strong>Hyper-V</strong></li>
<li>Fundierte Kenntnisse in <strong>Backup- und Recovery-Konzepten</strong> inklusive Langzeitarchivierung</li>
<li>Erfahrung mit <strong>NAS- und SAN-Systemen</strong> sowie modernen Speicherarchitekturen</li>
<li>Vertrautheit mit Client-Deployment sowie <strong>VDI- und RDP-Umgebungen</strong> (Thin- und Fat Clients)</li>
<li>Solide Kenntnisse in <strong>Switching, Routing und Firewall-Konzepten</strong></li>
<li>Strukturierte, analytische und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, Selbstständigkeit und Initiative bei der Betreuung von IT-SystemenAusgeprägte Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung, Teamfähigkeit sowie klare, adressatengerechte Kommunikation mit Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung</li>
<li><strong>Führerausweis Kategorie B</strong> für Einsätze bei Kundinnen und Kunden vor Ort</li>
<li>Fliessend in Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse</li>
