<p><strong>Ihre Aufgaben:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Führen von agilen Team Members inkl. Koordination und Priorisierung</li>
<li>Verantwortung für Produkt bzw. Service gemeinsam mit Product Manager und Solution Manager</li>
<li>Steuerung der Produkt- und Serviceentwicklung in Zusammenarbeit mit Business Ownern und Stakeholdern</li>
<li>Definition, Pflege und Priorisierung des Team Backlogs</li>
<li>Erstellung, Priorisierung und Abnahme von User Stories</li>
<li>Sicherstellung der Produktverfügbarkeit und des stabilen operativen Betriebs (OPS)</li>
<li>Koordination technischer und fachlicher Abhängigkeiten mit anderen Product Ownern</li>
<li>Vorbereitung und Durchführung von PI System Demos</li>
<li>Sicherstellung einer klaren und kontinuierlichen Stakeholder-Kommunikation</li>
<li>Unterstützung der Team PI Objectives sowie der Program Vision und Roadmap</li>
<li>Zentrale Schnittstelle für betriebliche Themen zwischen Fachbereich und SED</li>
<li>Verantwortung für Incident-, Complaint- und Ticket-Management</li>
<li>Operatives Reporting und Monitoring der Betriebslage</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ihr Profil:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ausgeprägter Fokus auf Operations (OPS) und Sicherstellung des stabilen Tagesbetriebs</li>
<li>Ausgeprägtes Servant-Leadership-Verständnis mit lean-agilem Mindset und Vorbildfunktion</li>
<li>Teamorientierte, belastbare und gewinnende Persönlichkeit</li>
<li>Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement</li>
<li>Hoher innerer Antrieb zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung</li>
<li>Grundkenntnisse in ITIL oder vergleichbaren IT-Service-Management-Frameworks (von Vorteil)</li>
<li>Erfahrung in Statistik, Reporting-Tools oder Data-Science-nahen Themen (von Vorteil)</li>
<li>Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse</li>
