<p>Für unseren Kunden, ein <strong>IT-Dienstleistungsunternehmen in Basel</strong> mit Fokus auf KMU, suchen wir eine:n **Netzwerk-Spezialist:**<strong>in</strong>. Das Unternehmen realisiert Lösungen von einfachen Standortvernetzungen bis zu anspruchsvollen Sicherheits- und Monitoring-Setups – inklusive moderner Firewall-Architekturen, Wireless-Lösungen, Videoüberwachung und MDR-Services.</p>
<p>Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit, die Netzwerke nicht nur einrichtet, sondern wirklich versteht: technisch versiert, strukturiert und mit Freude an sauberer, zuverlässiger Umsetzung.</p>
<p><strong>Deine Aufgaben:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Aufnahme, Analyse und technische Beurteilung bestehender Kundennetzwerke, inklusive detaillierter Aufarbeitung bisheriger Konfigurationen</li>
<li>Vereinheitlichung und Modernisierung unterschiedlicher Netzwerklandschaften, insbesondere durch den Einsatz von Ubiquiti UniFi- oder Sophos-Lösungen</li>
<li>Planung, Aufbau und strukturierte Dokumentation neuer Netzwerkumgebungen – von der Basisarchitektur bis zur fertigen Übergabe</li>
<li>Regelmässige Wartung, Optimierung und Betreuung von Firewall-Systemen (Schwerpunkt: Sophos)</li>
<li>Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Kundennetzwerken auf Basis verschiedener Hersteller wie Ubiquiti UniFi, Sophos oder Cisco</li>
<li>Überwachung und Verwaltung von Managed-Detection-and-Response-Diensten, insbesondere Sophos MDR</li>
<li>Konzeption und Realisierung moderner Videoüberwachungslösungen mit UniFi Protect</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Dein Profil:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Informatik (Systemtechnik) oder eine gleichwertige technische Berufserfahrung</li>
<li>Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerkgrundlagen wie Switching, Routing, VLANs und Firewall-Konzepten</li>
<li>Erfahrung mit Lösungen von Ubiquiti UniFi und/oder Sophos (von Vorteil)</li>
<li>Basiswissen oder Erfahrung im Bereich Videoüberwachungssysteme</li>
<li>Freude an strukturiertem, sauber dokumentiertem und nachvollziehbarem Arbeiten</li>
<li>Analytisches Denken und ein Auge fürs Detail</li>
<li>Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise</li>
<li>Kommunikationsstärke und Teamorientierung sowie professionelles Auftreten beim Kunden</li>
<li>Proaktives Handeln und Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen</li>
<li>Führerausweis Kategorie B für Einsätze vor Ort</li>
<li>Fliessend Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil</li>
