<li>Alte Geräte einsammeln</li>
<li>Austausch von Hardware (Laptops)</li>
<li>1st Login und User Support</li>
<li>Erste Ansprechperson für 1st-Level-Support nach dem Austausch der Geräte</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Ihr Profil:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Vertiefte IT-Kenntnisse</li>
<li>Gute IT-/PC-Kenntnisse</li>
<li>Technisches Interesse und Verständnis</li>
<li>Abgeschlossene Erstausbildung</li>
<li>Sauberes Auftreten und eine hohe Kundenorientierung</li>
<li>Rasche Auffassungsgabe, Treffen von Entscheidungen (auch unter Druck) und Bewusstsein der Folgen</li>
<li>Sehr hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit</li>
<li>Wohnort in der <strong>Region Bern oder Umgebung</strong></li>
<li>Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse</li>
