<p>Für unseren Versicherungskunden in Zürich suchen wir eine:n <strong>Guideware Experten:in / Berater:in</strong>, der/die <strong>auf Abruf</strong> (ca. 20% Pensum) sein/ihr Wissen einbringen kann.</p>
<p>Die Stelle kann überwiegend <strong>remote</strong> ausgeführt werden. Alle zwei Monate ist <strong>ein Präsenztag vor Ort in Zürich</strong> vorgesehen.</p>
<p><strong>Deine Aufgaben:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Fachliche und architektonische Unterstützung eines Projektteams bei der Ablösung des bestehenden, intern entwickelten Fahrzeug-Expertentools durch eine neue, moderne Appraisal-Lösung</li>
<li>Einbringung von Expertenwissen zu Guidewire ClaimCenter zur Absicherung von Architektur-, Design- und Implementierungsentscheiden</li>
<li>Beratung und Coaching des Projektteams bei fachlichen, technischen und methodischen Fragestellungen nach Bedarf</li>
<li>Unterstützung bei der Konzeption einer offenen, erweiterbaren Appraisal-Plattform mit mehreren spezialisierten Frontends und einem zentralen Backend</li>
<li>Sicherstellung einer sauberen Integration der neuen Lösung in die bestehende IT-Landschaft des Versicherungsunternehmens</li>
<li>Ad-hoc-Unterstützung auf Abruf im Rahmen eines On-Call-Modells ohne fixe Kapazitätszusage</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Dein Profil:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Sehr erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Senior Guidewire Berater:in oder Guidewire Architekt:in</li>
<li>Tiefgehende und praxiserprobte Kenntnisse in Guidewire ClaimCenter</li>
<li>Erfahrung in komplexen Versicherungsprojekten, idealerweise im Schadenumfeld (Motorfahrzeug, perspektivisch auch Sach- und Haftpflicht)</li>
<li>Fähigkeit, Projektteams beratend zu begleiten sowie Wissen strukturiert und adressatengerecht zu vermitteln</li>
<li>Selbständige, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise</li>
<li>Fliessende Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse</li>
</ul>

- Provide architectural and technical support to a project team replacing an existing vehicle expert tool with a new appraisal solution. Offer expert knowledge on Guidewire ClaimCenter and assist in ensuring proper integration with the existing IT landscape.
